Construction leads without lead fees
Van Isle Trades Hub doesn't sell leads. Homeowners and companies post projects; contractors see the job package and bid free.
How it works
- Customers post a scoped project: trades needed, residential or commercial, budget and timing.
- You see the job details, not the customer's private contact info or exact address.
- Bid free. If you're awarded, the job is funded through Van Isle before details unlock.
- Van Isle takes 5% of project payments processed on the platform. Your first job is on us (fee waived up to C$250).
Residential and commercial
Projects are tagged Residential, Commercial or both, so a commercial-only contractor isn't shown homeowner work by default. Trades range from concrete, carpentry and excavation to trucking and general contracting, across Victoria and Greater Victoria, Langford, Sooke, Cowichan Valley and Duncan, Nanaimo, Parksville and Qualicum Beach, Courtenay and Comox, Campbell River and Port Alberni.
Honest expectations
The number of open projects changes as customers post them. We don't promise a volume of leads, wins or income; every project you see was posted by a real account.
